examz

i'm studied out!
today was the last normal day of my junior year. the next time i'm in a class at valley, i will be a senior. frick! [insert all of the typical complaints about the rapid movement of time]
it's really almost like living with the thought of it being your last day alive, in a sense.
you start looking at people with a more observant eye. i found myself just taking a step back and smiling more today.

this is a class i will miss, most assuredly.
spanish with these fine people. i won't miss anything about the class, but we had good times all year. i'm pretty much fluent in espanol so now i can officially drop the class.

also this class. it is 1st hour study hall. i thought it would be the absolute worst thing ever... come to find out, i was wrong. this was the best way to start off my day. there was a group of us in the back, and we basically just had a good time. eric and i would watch the office on my iPod on fridays, and laugh at silly things that people would do.




so today i was studying for my exams like a good girl. and i was getting to the frustration, overflow information point.
then something very wonderful happens.
a small visit from that one kid. he was bearing gifts of great joy. definitely the highlight of my day. it gave me the strength i needed to press on to great heights in US history.
